Ice, Ice Baby!!!

We all know by now that I love to do reviews. Most of you also know that we homeschool. I've combined the two in my latest adventure. Unfortunately, my review own't be as awesome as it COULD be because I haven't had time to do all the things I have planned.

I have gotten the COOLEST (pun intended) ice cube trays for review.

First up is the Bar Brat. This makes 4 round ice cubes that are SO COOL!!!! Purchase here. #barbratlove

Next up is the SUMPRI. This came with two molds, one for really big cubes and the other for round ones, just like the Bar Brat, except 6 instead of 4. Purchase here. #SUMPRI

We also reviewed these Star Wars molds, but found they were way more fun to use for CHOCOLATE!! Purchase here.

On top of that, I also bought hubby some fun Gun and bullet molds. Purchase here and here

Now, aside from chocolate and ice, what do I plan on DOING with these molds? We're going to have SUCH a fun summer!!!

We are going to PAINT with ice!

We are going to PAINT the ice!

We'll RACE the ice!

We'll RESCUE the guys from ice!

We'll EXCAVATE the ice!!

We'll MAGNATIZE the ice!!

We'll SALT the ice!!

We'll GLOW the ice!

We'll even just PLAY MARBLES with the ice!!

Needless to say, these molds will get used a LOT and we can't wait!!!

Dauber Dawgs Dot Marker

I don't know why, but I've always been fascinated by these dot markers. I bought some at the beginning of the school year, but we've only used them a handful of times. I was stoked when this coloring book came up for a review!!

Now, when I got it (for free, in exchange for honest opinion), I was thrown off -and maybe a tiny bit annoyed- that it was not a bound book. I didn't stay annoyed, though, because I quickly realized how GENIUS this was!!! Paisley played with these for a long, long time and has so much fun. I love that they hone her gross motor skills!! #DauberDawgs

Check out Paisley's review video!!!

The Hunger

I'm not gonna lie. I'm pretty picky about what books I read that  involve magic. I've read a few that I just didn't love. And then there are ones like this. This was exciting. This was COLORFUL. This I could relate to!! This is called The Hunger and it's written by Michael D. Young.  It's available on Amazon right now for $.99 and it is well worth it. I received an advance copy to read for free, but I liked this so much that I bought the Kindle version as well. It's one I want in my collection. You get to know all the main characters and what drives them, see very imaginative scenery, and experience a search for knowledge. #futurehousepub

Double Review

You get a two for one today!!! Juliana will be reviewing a book, Subtle Beauty, an I'll be reviewing my new favorite household item!! Remember, we got these things for free or at a discount in exchange for our honest review.

First, Jules-a-Bean:
I really liked The Subtle Beauty by Ann Hunter because it had twists and turns and you never expected what happens next! It had mystical creatures, princes, princesses, evil daggers, magical men, Kings, queens, and a enchanted man! Think Beauty and the Beast, but mixed up!! Get it here:

Finally- you've been wondering this whole time what item I was talking about, huh?! Well, as a mom who has kids that react to every smell and every color, it's frustrating. Why is it more expensive to buy dye free/ scent free stuff? This makes no sense to me. Then I had the opportunity to review #GoTriNova Castile Soap. HOW have I never heard of this stuff?! It's dye free. It's scent free. It's usable for counters, bathrooms, dishes, even my BABY! And it doesn't cost very much, either! Check it out:

It's super duper concentrated, so a little bit goes a long way. I'll definitely be using this often!
