This sheet has lines for brainstorming activity ideas and a spot for the dates on the right. You can insert your own using word or wordperfect, or you can print as is and just write them in.
Download Responsibility sheet
This sheet outlines who is responsible for each activity, esp good if you're having the YW in charge of them. It has spots to see who is helping and spots to jot down what needs to be done.
